Our team is committed to spread #LeaveNoTrace ethics throughout the festival. By embracing these measures, we can leave less of an impact on the Hattiban hill environment – while also taking these principles back with all the festival attendees and to their local communities.

You can bring your own tents and gears, water bottles, where we will have a water refill station around the venue.

You can’t bring outside food and beverages at the venue. We also encourage people to bring less plastic at the venue.

9th Edition of Himalayan Outdoor Festival Starts from 14th February, 2020 from 2:00 PM. However please find the schedule and plan accordingly to arrive at the venue. Registration on the spot opens from 1:00 PM at the venue.

We will have a fixed timing for forth and back transport and price for bus service for the event.

• Departure on 15th February, 2020 Saturday at 7:AM from Jhawalakhel.
• Return on 15th February, 2020 Sunday at 6:00 PM from the venue to Jhawalakhel.

Price Rs. 300 per person

(We encourage per booking for the bus services to secure your seat and booking)

Breakfast for two at the resort, attached bathroom/ Hot and cold shower and entrance access for two and entertainment.

Admission to the activity you have chosen with entrance access and entertainment.

Entrance and room registration fee remains same on the spot registration during the festival. But there will be additional NPR 500 charges for every main category participation you choose BESIDE

Pre registration will be open from 30 December 2019 to 14th January 2020 with 15% OFF on every registration.

All the regular online registration by 13th at 10:00 PM. However, there will be on spot registration during the Festival.

We have special offers/waivers to Nepali athletes and underprivileged athletes. You can email us at [email protected] to confirm your eligibility. We will require your past race participation and short bio.
